BDO's Grad App Process

Graduate recruitment is a hectic and stressful time for everyone so we aim to make your experience with BDO Spicers as easy and enjoyable as possible. At BDO we want all of our staff to be happy so we encourage you to apply to all the firms that you are interested in so that you make the decision that is right for you.

When should I apply by?

Applications for grad recruitment open on 4 July 2008 and close on 31st August 2008.

How do I apply?

You will need to apply on line through our website and submit your cover letter, resume and academic transcripts.

Once you have completed your online application you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and we will be in touch as soon as we possibly can. Please do not be discouraged if you do not hear from us immediately we do receive several hundred applications to review and we will endeavor to respond to your application with speed and urgency.

Those that are successful to interview stage will be contacted by phone or e-mail and booked into an appropriate time and date. The interviews may take up to 1 hour so please allow plenty of time.

Auckland Grad Networking Evening: 3 April

In Auckland we hosted a network evening on Thursday 3rd of April. Attending this evening does not necessarily mean that your application has been successful and if you have not yet been invited for an interview it also does not guarantee that you will get an interview. It is a chance for you to meet Partners, members of the team, some of last years successful Graduates and of course other potential graduates for 2009. This is a great chance for you to get to know more about the firm and the people who work with us so we advise you to use this time wisely and talk to as many people as you can.

Offers

We'll send out offer letters to successful applicants as quickly as we can as we know that you may have other offers to consider. If your application has been unsuccessful we will write to you to let you know.
