After qualifying, your ongoing career planning will be guided by performance and development reviews,
which will include appraisal and feedback. At BDO Spicers, you can establish your development objectives
and determine what training will be required to support these.

international secondments. After qualifying, all professional employees are
eligible to apply for short or long-term secondments to countries like
